1. Use of the Site

By using the Site you represent that you are at least 18 years old or that you are acting with the consent of your legal guardian. Bonheur reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice in the event of any breach of these Terms.

Although purchases may be possible as a guest, you may also create an optional account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to keep your contact, billing and shipping details up to date. 3. Product Information & Imagery

We make every effort to display the colours, textures, dimensions and materials of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, slight variations between the on-screen presentation and the physical item may occur due to monitor settings, lighting conditions or natural variations in materials; such minor differences do not constitute a defect or non-conformity. Bonheur reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes or inaccurate stock information, and to cancel any affected orders accordingly.

4. Pricing

Unless stated otherwise, all prices on the Site are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY), inclusive of applicable VAT. Prices may be presented in alternative currencies for international visitors. For international shipments, applicable customs duties, import taxes and similar public charges levied in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Bonheur reserves the right to amend prices and promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Where a product is displayed at a manifestly incorrect price (for example, zero or an obviously erroneous figure), the order may be cancelled even after confirmation, and any amount collected will be refunded in full.

5. Orders

Orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase, which Bonheur may accept or decline at its sole discretion. The automatic email confirmation you receive after checkout acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment verification issues, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. The distance sales agreement between you and Bonheur is formed once payment is confirmed and the order moves to a “processing” or “shipped” status.

6. Payment

Bonheur accepts credit and debit cards, bank transfers and any other payment methods displayed on the Site. All payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant, SSL-encrypted payment infrastructure; Bonheur does not store full card details on its own systems. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully authorized. We reserve the right to cancel transactions and to report them to the relevant authorities where fraudulent or unauthorized card use is suspected.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Confirmed orders are prepared within the business days following payment approval and dispatched through our designated courier partners. Estimated delivery times are indicated on the Site and in the order confirmation email; Bonheur cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, courier operational issues or customs processing. Domestic shipments within Turkey are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, while international shipments may take 5–15 business days. 8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, customers acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty. To exercise this right, the product must be unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Items that are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law (for example, hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed, or made-to-order goods) are not eligible for return.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, product photography, copy, graphics, software, layout and other materials displayed on the Site are owned by Bonheur or its licensors and are protected under Turkish Intellectual and Artistic Works Act No. 5846 and the Industrial Property Code. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, derivative work or commercial use of these materials without Bonheur’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to view content on the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.

10. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, comments, photographs, suggestions or social media tags (“User Content”), you grant Bonheur a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such content. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark or personality rights. Bonheur reserves the right to remove any User Content deemed unlawful, offensive, defamatory or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms, at its sole discretion.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bonheur regarding the Site and the services offered through it, and supersede any prior written or oral understanding.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye. Customers acting as consumers may, within the monetary thresholds set out in Law No. 6502, bring claims before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) at their place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place; claims exceeding such thresholds may be brought before the competent Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri). The monetary thresholds are updated annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
