Returns & Exchanges

Please note that returns or exchanges are accepted only under certain conditions, depending on the product type and the reason for return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide detailed instructions and a return authorization if your request is eligible.

Please be aware that return shipping costs, customs duties, or any related import fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Bonheur reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

This policy does not apply to orders within Turkey where domestic return procedures will be followed.
