Exchanges & Refunds Policy
At Bonheur, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we create. We are pleased to accept exchanges and refunds in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed.
Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- All original tags, labels and packaging intact.
- Free of stains, fragrance, alterations or signs of use.
- Lingerie, swimwear and selected accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How to Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our client care team at info@bonheur-ww.com. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide detailed instructions and a return authorization.
Return Shipping
For domestic orders within Turkey, return shipping is complimentary through our designated courier. For international orders, return shipping costs, customs duties and any related import fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
Size or colour exchanges are subject to availability. Should the requested item no longer be in stock, we will gladly offer a refund or issue a store credit at your preference.
Bonheur reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
