Shipping & Returns

Bonheur offers careful and timely delivery worldwide. Every order ships in our signature packaging — a branded carton box, dust bag, and the original accessories crafted to protect your leather piece in transit.

Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

  • Shipping fee: Free on all domestic orders within Turkey.
  • Dispatch time: Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (business days; excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery time: 1-2 business days within Istanbul, 2-4 business days for other cities.
  • Carrier: Shipped via UPS.

International Shipping

  • Shipping fee: Free on all international orders.
  • Dispatch time: Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
  • Delivery time: 3-7 business days depending on destination (UPS Express).
  • Customs & duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These may be prepaid at checkout or collected on delivery, depending on your country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email. You can follow your shipment through UPS Tracking or via the "My Orders" section of your account.

Returns

Bonheur accepts returns of new and unused products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and accessories attached.
  • Returns must include the original packaging in full — carton box, dust bag, strap, and tissue paper.
  • The product care card and invoice must be included in the return package.
  • Incomplete or damaged returns cannot be refunded.

Return shipping cost: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. For international returns, customs charges may apply based on the destination.

Refund timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after your return is received and inspected. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@bonheurbag.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging in your email so our team can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & Amendments

If your order has not yet shipped, you can request cancellations or amendments by emailing info@bonheurbag.com. Once an order is dispatched, amendments are no longer possible — we recommend returning the order and placing a new one.
