REFUND POLICY

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This window gives you time to inspect the product and make a confident decision.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it.
  • All tags must remain attached and the product must be in its original packaging.
  • Your receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
  • The dust bag, protective fillings and any included accessories must be complete.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items and items purchased during promotional campaigns
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or made-to-order products
  • Items that have been used, had tags removed, or whose original packaging is damaged

How to Return

To start your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email support@bonheurbag.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label together with shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it following the provided instructions.
  4. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

We will notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected. After review:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@bonheurbag.com. We will assess the issue and make it right; in these cases, return shipping is covered by Bonheur.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original purchase and place a separate order for the new one. This way you secure your preferred item before it sells out.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
