How long does it take to ship and receive my order?
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Domestic deliveries within Turkey typically arrive in 2–4 business days. International orders are delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Can I return or exchange an item?

How do I choose the right size?

How should I care for my Bonheur pieces?
Each garment includes care instructions on its label, and you can find further guidance on our Product Care page. To preserve the beauty and longevity of your pieces, we recommend washing inside out at low temperature and air drying.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards and bank transfer. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption, and your card details are never stored on our servers.
Are customs duties charged on international orders?

Will sold-out items be restocked?
